• The shows will run for approximately 70 minutes.

Remark:

• Free pick-up is available within central Pattaya, North Pattaya, South Pattaya, and Naklua. Please note that pick-up from other locations will have an extra charge.

• Children of 119 cm and below will be charged according to the child rate.
• Children over 120 cm will be charged as adults.

• Any late arrival on your part may be re-allocated to a later time if available; otherwise, it will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.
• The driver can be late by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You do not need to show a printed voucher; simply show a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile to our guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send your voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date (for join tours). For all private tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.

Pre-Paid Booking:

All pre-paid bookings will adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation before 3 days of the excursion: No charge.
• Cancellation before 2 days of the excursion: 50% charge applied.
• Cancellation before 1 day of the excursion: 100% charge applied.
• In the event of cancellation due to natural causes, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

20% Partial Payment Booking:

• This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
