Safri World is arguably the most popular and most visited tourist attraction in Bangkok and welcomes visitors from all over the world every year. It consists of two parks called the Safari World and the Marine Park. The park is spread across a large span of the area and it is considered to be one of the best parks in Thailand. Here the visitors will get to see an unbelievably large variety of land and marine animals.

The major highlight of the park is the thrilling and adventurous Safari ride that will take you to observe the wild animals in their natural habitat. if you are lucky you may even get a closer look at these majestic creatures if they decide to approach your vehicle. The marine park has a large collection of sea creatures. One of the main attractions of the marine park is the Dolphin and seal show!

• Once your time is up will send you back to your hotel!

• This is a join transfer, therefore tourists are requested to be present at the decided meeting point/hotel lobby on time.

Pickup Details: 

Free door-to-door pick-up is available within a 3 km radius of the City Center Bangkok district. This service covers specific areas, including Sukhumvit Soi (Lane) 1 to 33, Sukhumvit Soi 1 to 33 (odd), Sukhumvit Soi 2 to 24 (even), Pratunam, Silom, Langsuan, Wireless Road, Sathorn, Surawongse, Siam, MBK, Yawarat (China Town), and Khao San Road (excluding City Tour pickups, which are exclusive to the Royal Rattanakosin Hotel).

For those not within this radius, an additional surcharge will apply. This surcharge is applicable to hotel pickups located outside the 3-mile (5 km) radius of the city center. The surcharge is payable on the day of your scheduled activity.

Joining our tours is also convenient at our Bangkok meeting points located at Sun Leisure World Corporation, Phaya Thai Plaza Building, Phaya Thai Road, Bangkok-101400. Feel free to visit our office for further assistance and to embark on your exciting journey with us.

Remarks: 

• The cancellation of buffet lunch must be done 1 day prior to the guest's arrival, otherwise, the tour agents will be responsible for cancellation of charge 80% of the net lunch buffet rate.
• All service privileges mentioned in service rates will be free of charge for 1 tour guide and 1 tour leader who came with the group(min 16 PAX) on the service date.
• Visitors must be inside the vehicle when entering the Safari Park Area.
• Please always try to update us with room numbers after check-in to the Hotel.
• Always try to book your service very carefully.

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the bookings are autoconfirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking:- Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying us via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment:- All booking with partial payment is nonrefundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay later booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers of tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative 12 hours before the tour date. (In case of Join Tours,)
• For All Private Tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
• Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour rate.
• Children over 8 would be considered adult
• Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
• This tour is available in the English language only but you can request a Private tour in many different languages Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tour booking.
• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise, this will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• The driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show a voucher, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note that activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking because of bad weather conditions or natural disasters.

Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards)

• Enter Thailand without quarantine nor COVID-19 test upon arrival
• Must present a certificate of vaccination or if unvaccinated / not fully vaccinated, and RT-PCR / Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
• Can enter Thailand via every border checkpoint (for land travel)

• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

    • Before 2 Days of Excursion Date:- 50% charge applied.
    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
