Get a glimpse of Thai history by visiting one of the most historically significant landmarks in Thailand. The River Kwai Bridge is notoriously famous for attracting a lot of native and non-native tourists due to its history full of bloodshed and conflict. Similarly, the death Railway is a symbol of the horrendous past of Thailand's history which was written with the blood and sweat of world war II prisoners of war and Asian slave Labourers.

Mallika Village gives the tourist an experience of living in ancient Siam. It's like a time travel to the ancient past where the village act as a living museum. The place has been restored and maintained to display its former glory, here the visitors can walk around and interact with the villagers who are in fact staff dressed in ancient costumes. to go one step further the village also allows visitors to play the role of the villagers themselves.

The Death Railway was a major project that used prisoners of war for the construction of the railway. This Railway was originally called Thailand-Burma Railway, and soon earned the title of "Death Railway" due to the massive death toll of more than one hundred laborers who died during the 16 months of construction. The Railway stretched over 250 miles from Ban Pong Thailand to Thanbuyuzayat, Burma. has witnessed the miserable death of prisoners of war due to various reasons and circumstances.

The River Kwai Bridge has become very famous due to several films and books, that attempt to narrate the story of its past. This beautiful bridge with picturesque scenery is one of the most important historical landmarks and memorials in Thailand. The history of the Bridge is quite well known as it is part of the Railway lines in WW II, this bridge has seen its fair share of bloodshed and death. The bridge was renovated by the Thai Government in 1946.

An amazing way to discover Bangkok. In krabi the stay was good.. Travel to nearby places were very good.. Hotel staff were very good.. In Phuket (Patong) the place was horrible.. The hotel you suggested was very bad..

I’ve been to Bangkok 3 times now and never really been that in love with the city but going on this tour gave a whole new appreciation for it, I saw places I’d never been, the temples at night are just amazing and so different to the crowded day scen
