This Traditional Thai Massage with Herbal Compress combines the benefits of essential oils and aromatherapy into a fantastic Spa experience. The Thai Herbal compress has a long history of 4000 years. The Thia Herbal Compress used Luk Pra Kob, a mixture of specific herbs in a muslin cloth bag. The herbs are gathered and wrapped in the bag and towel, which is then compressed and steamed. These bags are then applied to the skin in circular motions, to help your muscles relax, stimulate nerves, improve circulation, and increase blood flow.

A traditional herbal recipe of Plai Root, Tamarind Leaves, Turmeric, Bergamot Peels, Camphor, and Lemongrass are steamed in cotton-encased poultices and applied directly to the body. Combined with Thai Massage, the herbal heat penetrates and relaxes sore muscles whilst increasing blood circulation.
