The main aim of the Khao Sok Elephant Sanctuary is to work toward the welfare of the elephants and provide them with a safe natural environment. This sanctuary has the goal of making its visitors aware of the cruel treatment the elephants receive in tourism and encouraging them to take better care of these magnificent creatures! The retired elephants at the sanctuary live their best lives in their natural habitat doing what any elephant would do!

Observe the elephants and interact with them during this trip. Learn how to treat the elphants with care and respect without stressing them. The Sanctuary believes elephants should not be forced to do anything that they do not want to do willingly! They have great actictites like exploring the property with the elephants, feeding them, etc!

Itinerary

• Get picked up from Silver Cliff Resort before reaching Khao Sok Elephant Sanctuary.
• Meet the super-friendly elephants and feed them some bananas.
• You will get to watch a video on the history of elephant tourism and its cruelty.
• During this tour, you will learn about the importance of treating elephants respectfully.
• Prepare food for these magnificent elephants.
• Make Thai banana leaf dessert together with your companion.
• Walk with the elephants, click amazing pictures with them and learn about their history, their diet, etc.
• Make your way back to the center and then proceed to feed the elephants.
• At the end of the tour, a delicious vegetarian lunch would be served to the guests with beverages.
• After having a lot of fun transfer back to the resort.

• Children between the age of 3 - 8 years will be charged according to the child rate.
• Children of age 2 and below will not be charged for this tour.
• Anyone of age 9 and above will be charged according to the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% of the tour price will be charged if the booking is canceled 2 weeks in advance.
• 100% of the price will be refunded if the booking has been canceled at least 1 month in advance.
