The Silver Cliff Resort is located 5 minutes' drive away from the Khao Sok National Park and a 3 minutes drive away from the Mae Yau Waterfall. The guest can book a taxi or a private vehicle to reach the resort.

Remark: 

• The guests are requested to reuse the towels by hanging them dry after use to conserve water. New towel towels will be provided upon request at the reception.
• Following the Asian tradition the guest is requested to remove their shoes when entering the room and to keep the shoes inside the room at night to prevent the monkeys from playing with them.
• The resort is located in the forest therefore the visitors may encounter harmless insects and crawlers in the room.
• The resort is not responsible for lost items therefore the guest should properly lock their belonging before leaving the room.
• There may be occasional blackouts due to the location of the resort inside the Jungle.
• Free wifi is available in the restaurant area, but due to the location sometime the guest may have to face limited to no service!
• Breakfast would be served from 7 am every day.
• The last order for food is before 8 PM and the bar will be open till 10 PM.
• If the guest requires to use the bicycle they should inform the staff beforehand and ask for a helmet and lock as well.
• Shuttle service details:
  • Departure: 10 AM
  • Arrival: 4 PM
• Private transfer is available upon advance notice from the guest.

Meals:

• Breakfast: A la carte offers you the choice of a set breakfast, either Continental (includes choice of eggs, sausages, toast, and banana pancakes with jungle honey) - 150 THB.
• Lunch: A la carte, includes a main course per person from the Authentic Thai Menu - 350 THB.
• Dinner: A la carte, includes a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert per person from the Authentic Thai menu - 400 THB.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% of the tour price will be charged if the booking is canceled 2 weeks in advance.
• 100% of the price will be refunded if the booking has been canceled at least 1 month in advance.
