• Customers of Indian nationality who prefer Indian food should check in at TERMINAL21 RAMA 3.
• Customers of other nationalities will enjoy international food and can check in at ICONSIAM.
• Check-in at ICONSIAM Pier (Counter at Sooksiam zone, G floor, Behind Naraya shop).
• 19:30 - Embark on the Chao Phraya Princess River Cruise and begin your unforgettable journey.
• 21:30 - Arrive back at your hotel.

• Follow signs directing you to the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise check-in counter from the entrance of the River City shopping complex. Take the BTS to SAPHAN TAKSIN (S6) Station Exit 3, then get a taxi to River City Pier (approx. THB 50).
• Starting from 1st June 2024 Indian tourists who select our Indian Buffet program will board at the Terminal 21 pier at Rama 3. Those who choose the International Buffet program will board at the Asiatique pier.

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when paying through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are nonrefundable and automatically confirmed.
  • Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our customer service representative 12 hours before the tour date (in the case of Join Tours).
