• Please book this ticket 2 hours in advance
• Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for exploring the extensive gardens. Remember to apply sunscreen and wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun.

• Feel free to take photographs, but be considerate of other visitors, especially during cultural performances. Some areas may have restrictions on photography, so pay attention to signage.
• The garden is generally accessible, but if you have specific accessibility needs, contact the garden in advance to ensure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Consider the time you'll spend at the garden and plan your visit accordingly. It's a large area with much to see, so allocate enough time to explore at your own pace.

    • Before 3 Days of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
    • Before 2 Days of Excursion Date:- 50% charged applied.
    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
