1. Very simple sport for beginners, based on a sense of balance. Once you realize how to keep the balance (5-10 minutes maximum), you will never forget this. Much easier and safer than riding a bicycle.

 Restrictions

There are no weight restrictions. Age: children from 120 cm, shoe size 33 minimum.

• Child ticket is only applicable for children 100-140cm (must be between 2-12 years old)
• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat

• You will receive confirmation of your bookings availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the booking is auto confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.

  • Partial Payment:- All booking with partial payment is non refundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay latter booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay latter is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in- information.

• Our tours is available almost everyday, in case of any urgency or cancellation we will inform you before 12 hours of tours time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
• This tour is available in English language only but you can request Private tour for many different languages Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tours booking.

• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto canceled with charge 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show voucher, just show them mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.

    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date :- 100% Charged.
  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for full refund.
