Get ready for a wild day out at Khao Kheow Open Zoo, Thailand’s very first open-concept zoo and a true haven for animal lovers! Nestled on the edge of Khao Yai National Park, this massive wildlife sanctuary started back in 1974 when animals from Dusit Zoo needed more space to roam. Since then, it’s grown from 200 acres to over 1,800 acres, all dedicated to conservation, education, and fun animal encounters.

Home to over 8,000 animals across 300 species, the zoo lets you see everything from lions and tigers to penguins and rhinos—all in natural, open habitats instead of cages. Hop on a golf cart and cruise through the African Savanna where zebras, giraffes, and rhinos graze freely. Head over to the Cats Complex for a face-to-face with big cats, or stroll through the colorful aviary that’s alive with tropical birds.

• If you are late, we may reschedule your activity based on availability. Otherwise, it will be automatically cancelled with a 100% charge.
• The driver may be delayed by 15 to 45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
