Passengers must arrive at the bus at least 60 minutes before departure to confirm their travel.

Child Fare Policy

• Children under 2 years old can travel free of charge on both ferry and bus.
  (If a seat is required for bus/minivan transfer services, the full fare applies.)

• Children aged 2–11 years will be charged 50% of the regular fare for both ferry and bus.

• Children aged 11 years and above will be charged the full adult fare.

Changes or Cancellations of Travel

• If you need to make changes or corrections to your travel plan, please notify us at least 3 days before your original departure date and time.

• The new travel date must be within 90 days of the original booking date.

• Passengers are allowed to make only one change to their travel plan.

• No refunds will be issued if passengers fail to show up for the scheduled departure time (No Show).

Please keep your round-trip ticket in a safe place.
If the ticket is lost, a new reservation must be made.
