Pick-up & Logistics

• Option 1: Meeting Point (Central Rama 9)

  • Meeting Time: 09:50 AM – 10:00 AM.
  • Location: Central Rama 9 Mall (Robinson Exit).
  • How to Get There: Take the MRT Blue Line to Phra Ram 9 Station (Exit 2). Walk past the mall to the first intersection and turn right.

• Option 2: Hotel Pick-up

  • Time: Typically around 08:00 AM (Please check your voucher for your exact time).
  • Free Zones: Pratunam, Sukhumvit (Soi 1–33), and Silom (to Lebua State Tower).
  • Action Required: Please update us with your Room Number as soon as you check in!

Important Entry Information

• Check-in: Please present your Sun Leisure World voucher at the Information/Online Counter to exchange it for your Super Visa wristband.
• Opening Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM.
• Super Visa Benefit: Your Super Visa includes entry to the park and unlimited rides (except for Snow Town and some specifically excluded games).

Dress Code & Prep

• Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. A spare shirt is a good idea as some water rides may get you wet!
• Snow Town: If you plan to visit Snow Town, remember it is very cold inside (approx. -8°C). Jackets and boots are provided, but wearing socks is highly recommended.
• Sun Protection: The park is mostly outdoors, so bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• Children under 90 cm enter free of charge
• Child ticket applies for height between 90–140 cm
• Some rides and attractions may be closed without prior notice

    • Before 3 Days of Excursion - No charge of cancellation.
    • Before 2 Days of the Excursion Date - a 50% charge applied.
    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date - 100% Charged.
  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
