• Hotel Pickup: We’ll pick you up from your Bangkok city center hotel and head to the train station with bicycles in tow. Travel time to Bang Pa-In is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

• Stop At: Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Ayutthaya 13000, Thailand
• Cycling from Bang Pa-In to Wat Chaiwatthanaram: Starting at Bang Pa-In Railway Station, we’ll ride through the town’s historic backstreets, passing by the royal palace. A ferry will take us across the scenic Chao Phraya River from Bang Lane to Bang Paeng. Cycling north towards Ayutthaya, we’ll follow the riverside lanes to Wat Phutthai Sawan, built by King Ramathibodi I, then continue to the French Saint Joseph’s Church, located opposite the ancient capital. We’ll then reach Wat Chaiwatthanaram, one of Ayutthaya’s iconic landmarks.

• Touring Wat Lokayasutharam: Our first stop on Ayutthaya Island is Wat Lokayasutharam, home to the impressive Reclining Buddha statue.

• Final Stop - Wat Mahathat: Our last stop is at Wat Mahathat, famous for the Buddha head entwined in the roots of a strangler fig tree. This temple also features a large gallery with numerous Buddha statues.
