• The tourists will be picked up from their hotel at the decided pickup time.
• After a swift transfer from your hotel, you will reach Tiger Kingdom Phuket.

• When your time with the tigers is up you will be sent back to your hotel.

• Children under 4 years old but heights lower than 90 cm are free to walk around only.
• Individuals over 18 years old can approach the giant tigers.

• For Safety Reasons: Our babies are growing up too fast! with effect, from Tuesday 8th May 2018 a height requirement of 90 cm will apply for all who wish to take part in our smallest animal encounter.
• We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM.
• ATTENTION PLEASE:
  • 1. Ticket cannot be refunded no matter what happened.
  • 2. Children who are under 16 years old are only allowed to visit the smallest tigers and must be accompanied by at least one parent.
  • 3. Tickets can only be used for those who have signed the agreement form.
  • 4. This is the sleeping time for the tigers, we will not interrupt them to do anything.
  • 5. Any permission to get inside the cage, depends on the consideration of the Tiger Kingdom Staff.
  • GRATUITY or TIPS is an accurate reflection of your satisfaction.
  • we do not encourage gratuities or tips for any staff to make the special case with any tigers.
