• No refund for latecomers.

Transfer Service

Confirmation

• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.

• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative 12 hours before the tour date (in the case of Join Tours).

Pre-Paid Booking

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
