Itinerary

• 03:30 PM - 04:45 PM - Please arrive at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier on time, where you will begin your Viva Alangka Sunset Cruise adventure. Take this time to complete the check-in process and ensure all necessary formalities are taken care of.
• 05:00 PM - 05:15 PM - Board the Viva Alangka Cruise from Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
• Once on board, our friendly staff will warmly welcome you with a welcome drink.
• Sit in your designated seating area and feel free to explore the luxurious facilities.
• 05:00 PM - 05:45 PM - The Viva Alangka Sunset Cruise sets sail, embarking on a leisurely cruise through the scenic waters.
• As you glide along, immerse yourself in the breathtaking views that surround you. Glance at some of the most beautiful attractions of Thailand dotted along the Chaophraya River.
• Witness the vibrant colors of the sunset as the sun gracefully descends, casting a magical glow over the horizon. 
• Capture this picturesque moment and create memories that will last a lifetime.
• 06:30 PM - 06:45 PM - As the cruise concludes, you will be gently brought back to Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier. 

Please note these rates are not available for Valentine’s Day, Loy Krathong, or New Year’s Day.

• Children from the age of 4 - 10 years with a height under 110 cm will be charged according to the child rate.
• Infants between the age of 0-3 will be allowed free of charge.

Booking and Check-in Details:

• Please book your ticket at least 2 days in advance.
• Guests must arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes before departure.

Cruise Schedule:

• Cruising Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
• Check-in Time: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM beside the escalator on Floor G
• Boarding Time: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier
• Drop-off: 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM at Terminal 21 Rama 3 Pier

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

• Free rescheduling if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling before 2:00 PM on the day of departure incurs a 200 THB per person fee.
• Rescheduling after 2:00 PM, cancellations, or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.

• Show mobile ticket for redemption at the ticketing counter
• These tickets are only valid for the booked date.

Pre-Paid Booking

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
