• Children from the age of 0-2 will be allowed entry free of charge.
• Children between the age of 3-11 will be charged according to the adult.
• Everyone else will be charged according to the adult rate.

• Please book this ticket at least 2 hrs in advance.
• Enter the attraction before 7:00 p.m. only.
• Respect marine life by not tapping on the aquarium glass.
• Follow guidelines provided by aquarium staff for safety and animal welfare.
• Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed inside.
• Stay on designated pathways and avoid leaning over or touching exhibits.
• Follow photography guidelines, avoiding flash in certain areas.
• Avoid blocking pathways or overcrowding in front of exhibits, and share the experience with others.

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when paying through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are nonrefundable and automatically confirmed.
  • Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
