Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 minute after booking. For most confirmed bookings, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking that is auto pre-paid wll be confirmed automatically through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are confirmed automatically but are non-refundable.
  • Pay Later: Bookings where you choose to pay later will be confirmed once you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• For join tours, our Customer Service Representative will confirm your pick-up and guide numbers 12 hours before the tour. For private tours, pick-up details are included in your itinerary.

Pre-Paid Booking

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
