• All passengers must pay for Fast Track services in advance. If extra passengers arrive who were not accounted for, the service will be canceled with no refund.
• No photos or videos are allowed during the customs process. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if this rule is violated, and no refunds will be given.
• If flight information is not provided at least 24 hours before your arrival, no refund will be issued.
• If you are denied entry into the country, we are unable to assist you.
• Reservations must be made at least 1 day before the service date. If booking within 1 day, confirmation will be provided at the time of booking but availability is not guaranteed.
