Krabi Elephant Sanctuary offers a new home for overtired elephants who have ever worked in the logging and tourism industry. As the first ethical elephant tourism experience in Krabi, we rescue and welcome them back into their natural habitat. Feed, walk with and observe our beautiful rescued elephants as they roam throughout our sanctuary, socialize and bathe naturally in our freshwater lagoon.

Itinerary:

08:00 - Pick up from your hotel.

08:30 - Prepare food and herbal medicine for the elephant then walk through the forest to find your elephant. After you find it, Greet your elephant. Feed food and medicine to the elephants.

Get a mud spa with an elephant. Walk with an elephant to enjoy bathing your elephant in the canal.

Say goodbye to your big friend. Enjoy your seasonal fruit. Visit the waterfall to relax and swim.

14:00 - Return to hotel.

A child over 120cm will be charged as an adult

Confirmation:

•  You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the bookings are autoconfirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking:- Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying us via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment:- All booking with partial payment is nonrefundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay later booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in- information.
•  Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers of tours would be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before 12 hours of the tour date. (In case of Join Tours,)
•  For All Private Tours all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
• Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour rate.
• Children over 8 would be considered adult
• Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
• This tour is available in the English language only but you can request a Private tour in many different languages Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tour booking.

• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise, this will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show vouchers, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserve the right to cancel any booking because of bad weather condition or natural disaster.

    • Before 3 Day of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
    • Before 2 Day of Excursion Date:- 50% charged applied.
    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
• 20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
