Delay Policy

• A delay of up to 15 minutes is allowed without penalty.
• Beyond that, a delay fee of THB 2,625 per 15 minutes will apply.
• Any part of a 15-minute delay will be rounded up to the next 15 minutes.
• We will do our best to accommodate delays over one hour, subject to aircraft availability.
• Maximum allowable delay time will be advised before your mission.

Rescheduling Policy

• Free reschedule: Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled mission.
• THB 17,500 reschedule fee: Applies for requests made between 30 minutes and 24 hours prior.
• Rescheduled missions must take place within 30 days of the original booking.
• Reschedules are subject to aircraft availability.
• No reschedule is allowed within 30 minutes of the scheduled time—it will be treated as a cancellation.

Force Majeure / Weather / Late Arrival:

• If the mission is affected by a Force Majeure event, adverse weather, or a delayed incoming flight, no cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged.
• If rescheduling becomes impossible, a refund (excluding bank fees) will be issued.

Pre-Paid Booking

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
