• Enjoy the most beautiful zipline views in Phuket, suitable for participants aged 4 years and above. For safety reasons, the maximum weight limit is 120 kilograms.
• All activities are supervised by professional experts who ensure your safety at every step. Please note that the program may change depending on weather and local conditions on the day of the tour.
• Free transfers are provided from Kata, Karon, Kalim, Nakalay, Kamala, and Surin. For other areas, an extra charge of 300 THB per person applies.
• Private van transfers are available for 1–8 passengers, with an additional charge for luggage.
• Non-player tickets are available for guests who do not wish to participate in activities but still want to join. 
• Customers must accept the inherent risks of participating in the tour. An accident insurance policy is held, and any valid claims can only be considered within the limits stated in the policy, under the laws of Thailand. The company’s accident insurance covers only medical treatment and medical expenses resulting from accidents that occur during the trip. This insurance applies within Thailand only. Personal property carried by customers on the tour is at their own risk. All tour instructions must be strictly followed by customers, and any violations are not permitted.
• Special consideration: participation is not allowed for senior citizens aged 60 or above, children under 4 years old, pregnant women, or customers weighing over 120 kg.

• This ticket is only valid for the booked date and time.

Pre-Paid Booking

• Cancellations six hours before service time without any charge.
• Cancellations less than six hours will incur a full charge of 100% of the price.
•  No Show of the customer on the date specified in the tour agent Application, on which Begin tour Co., Ltd. provided Confirmation of the Application, for reasons beyond the control of Begin tour Co., Ltd., it shall be considered cancellation. Without refund.
• In case of bad weather by the Meteorological Department, your entire deposit 100% of it, will be returned to you in the same method of payment it was received.
