• Arriving at least 15–20 minutes before departure ensures a smooth boarding process.
• If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the cruise organizers in advance so they can accommodate your preferences.
• As part of the Chao Phraya dinner cruise experience takes place outdoors, it is recommended to check the weather forecast and prepare accordingly, especially in case of rain.
• For groups of 15 pax (adults only) and above, one complimentary ticket will be provided for an additional guest. For example, a group of 16 adults will only pay for 15. The complimentary ticket may be redeemed as a child or adult ticket, or allocated to the group’s tour leader.
• This offer is not applicable on Valentine’s Day, Loy Krathong Festival, and New Year’s Eve.

Pre-Paid Booking

• Any cancellation must be notified before 16:00 hrs (for FIT only).
• In case of cancellation after 16:00 hrs on the cruising date, 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show, the total ticket reservation cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
