• Visitors holding a child ticket (ages 3 to under 12) must present a valid ID at the entrance of Dubai Eye to verify their age. Otherwise, entry will be denied, and the admission ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Children under 3 enter Ain Dubai for free but need a complimentary ticket.
• Child tickets (ages 3 to 12) apply, and anyone 12+ requires an adult ticket.

• Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Arrive 30–60 minutes early to complete the entry process.
• Ain Dubai will close 30 minutes before park closing.
• Cabins are fully air-conditioned, and one rotation takes 30 minutes.
• External food is not allowed; only F&B from Ain Dubai's lounge or concessions is permitted.
• Ain Dubai may close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds, or technical malfunctions.
• Operational hours & peak hours are subject to change without notice, and kindly refer to the Ain Dubai official website for updated timings.
• Transfer is only provided from Diera and Bur Dubai
• For transfer tickets, we will confirm your hotel address and pick up time in advance to enure smooth experience.

• This admission ticket is only valid on the date and time specified on the ticket and will automatically expire thereafter.
• The ticket can only be used once and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any reason, either before or after the expiration date.
