  • By Metro: Take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station, which is a 6-minute walk from the mall.
  • By Car: Use the on-site Carrefour parking or the WAFI valet service.
• Please carry a valid ID or passport with you.
• Tickets are valid for one-time use only and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
• Last entry is permitted 1 hour before the venue closes.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
