This is an exciting tour where the tourists will get a unique opportunity to explore the jungle with elephants by their side. They will get to learn about the elephants and closely observe their daily life. Itinerary

• A van will pick you up from the hotel and safely transfer you to Phuket Elephant Care.
• Arrive at Phuket Elephant Care and enjoy a warm cup of tea/coffee and snacks.
• Get to know interesting facts about the elephants during the introduction, and learn about how to ethically and adequately care for these gentle creatures from our helpful guide.
• Prepare fruits and health balls and then feed the elephants.
• Take a walk with the elephants into the jungle and catch glimpse of their life!
• Help scrub the elephants during the mud spa and then bathe in a large natural lake with them. Do not forget to have a lot of fun and click loads of pictures.
• After a fun shower experience with these gentle giants, you can enjoy a nice home-cooked Thai meal.
• Make a DIY magnet to bring back as a souvenir.
• Bid your last goodbyes before transferring back to your hotel.

• Children from ages 4-10 will be charged according to the child rate.

• Free transfer service is provided to the visitors on request.
• The visitor is requested to be ready before the pick-up time to avoid any mishap.
• It is a humble request to be respectful to the elephants and maintain peace.
• Please notify us in advance, if a customer has food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases.
• We do not force elephants to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower also depends on the elephant’s satisfaction.
• Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair-bound are required to inform Phuket Elephant Care of their condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.

• Phuket Elephant Care operates all year round, despite the rain and other mild weather conditions. Customer booking cancellations due to weather conditions will not be refunded.
• Booking cancellations made 24 hours or more before the assigned tour commencement time are free of charge.
• Booking cancellations made within 24 hours of the assigned tour commencement time will be considered customer non-attendance and will be charged in full.
• Booking amendments made within 24 hours of tour commencement will be approved one time per booking without incurring additional charges.
