Itinerary

• A van will pick you up from your hotel.
• Enjoy a safe and comfortable transfer to Phuket Elephant Care.
• Indulge in a warm cup of coffee/tea with some bread and snacks.
• Learn about how to properly treat the elephants and care for them during the introduction.
• You will also get to know some interesting facts about elephants through the helpful guide.
• Prepare some seasonal fruits to feed the elephants.
• Feed the gentle giants with your hand and interact with them!
• Scrub the elephants' skin and enjoy a nice mud spa together.
• Participate in an exciting rain shower with the elephants and help scrub them clean.
• Make a DIY magnet to bring back home as a souvenir.
• Bid your final goodbyes before returning back to your hotel.

• Children from ages 4-10 will be charged according to the child rate.
• Children of age 3 and below will not be charged.

• Please book this ticket at least 4 hrs in advance.
• Free transfer service is provided to the visitors on request.
• The visitor is requested to be ready before the pick-up time to avoid any mishap.
• It is a humble request to be respectful to the elephants and maintain peace.
• Please notify us in advance, if a customer has food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases.
• We do not force elephants to do any activity that they don’t want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower also depends on the elephant’s satisfaction.
• Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair-bound are required to inform Phuket Elephant Care of their condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.

• Phuket Elephant Care operates all year round, despite the rain and other mild weather conditions. Customer booking cancellations due to weather conditions will not be refunded.
• Booking cancellations made 24 hours or more before the assigned tour commencement time are free of charge.
• Booking cancellations made within 24 hours of the assigned tour commencement time will be considered customer non-attendance and will be charged in full.
• Booking amendments made within 24 hours of tour commencement will be approved one time per booking without incurring additional charges.
• Booking Amendments made 24 hours or more before the assigned tour commencement time are free of charge.
