Hotel Pick ups

The floating market boat & bike and Ayutthaya by bike include a hotel pic up with a van. For other tours hotel pick ups with a van or sedan can be arranged upon request.

Bicycle touring is the original Grasshopper style. We think getting out on a bike is one of the best ways to see a country in a slow personal way while still being able to travel reasonable distances. The great joy of this style of travel is that you can set your own pace, stopping for a photo or a chat when you feel like it. While we do visit the big ticket destinations on these tours, highlights always include the little out of the way places that most visitors never stop at a tiny village market, a local wedding or a village that barely makes it to a map but has a little guesthouse that we overnight in. If you want to experience a country from a very non tourist perspective this is the way to go.

Confirmation:-

• You will receive confirmation of your bookings availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the booking is auto confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking:- Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when pay us via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment:- All booking with partial payment is non refundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay latter booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay latter is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in- information.
• Our pick up time and Guide Numbers of tours would be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before 12 hours of tours date. (In case of Join Tours,)
• For All Private Tours all pick up points is already mentioned in our itinerary.

• Our tours is available almost everyday, in case of any urgency or cancellation we will inform you before 12 hours of tours time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
• This tour is available in English language only but you can request Private tour for many different languages Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tours booking.

• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto canceled with charge 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show voucher, just show them mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.

  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for full refund.
• 20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
