The highlight of this tour is the opportunity to witness rural Thailand up close, as you cycle along the lush roads of Chiang Rai. Join us for an unforgettable journey through the outskirts of this beautiful region!

Itinerary

• 8:30 - 8:45 AM: from your hotel, guesthouse, or hostel in Chiang Rai city.
• A covered pick-up truck will transfer you to the starting point outside Chiang Rai City, which takes about 15 minutes.
• After a brief safety briefing and personalized bicycle fitting, we’ll begin our cycling adventure through villages and rice fields, following the Lao River downstream.
• The ride is enjoyable and scenic, with plenty of greenery along the river. As you cycle, you’ll discover the authentic rural lifestyle on the outskirts of Chiang Rai, passing by various fruit orchards and rice paddies.
• After our ride, we’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
• 1:00 and 2:00 PM - Following lunch, our covered pick-up truck will transfer you back to your hotel between.

  • Phu Chaisai Area and Nearby: Pickup by D4D minibus from hotels in this area is 1,500 baht (for 1-9 persons, without luggage). Round-trip pickup and drop-off: 1,500 x 2 = 3,000 baht.

• Cancellations of a half-day or full-day tour booking should arrive at our office not later than 48 hours before departure.
• No shows and cancellations not respecting these time frames will be charged 100%.
