Experience spectacular views of Dubai from the Sky Observatory, one of the city's most exciting attractions. Located over 219 meters above the ground on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View Hotel, the observatory offers breathtaking 360° views of Downtown Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Dubai Fountain.

Walk across the indoor glass floor for a thrilling perspective high above the city, or take the exciting Sky Slide through a fully transparent glass tube from the 53rd floor to the 52nd floor. For an even greater adventure, upgrade to the optional Edge Walk and step onto the hands-free ledge surrounding the exterior of the tower for unmatched views of the Dubai skyline and the Burj Khalifa below.

Optional shared and private hotel transfers are also available from hotels in Deira and Bur Dubai for added convenience.

• Age Criteria: Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk.
• Minors (12–18): Require consent of parent/guardian in person.
• Children under 12 are not allowed on the glass slide and edge walk.

• Observatory and Glass Slide: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Edge Walk Experience: Open daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or starting from 11:00 AM based on seasonal slots).

• Last Entry: Usually permitted up to 1 hour before closing time. 
• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
• Weight Limit: Guests must weigh between 30 to 120 kg to participate in the glass slide.
• Height Limit: Guests must be between 120 cm to 200 cm tall.
• Dress Code: Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, or long scarves).
• Disability Notice: Inform staff of any disability that may affect participation.
• Health Notice: Inform staff of any health conditions (e.g. neck/back injuries, pregnancy, epilepsy, etc.).
• Transfer Policy: Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during tours.
• Entry Access: Sky Views can be accessed via:
  - The Address Sky View – Tower 1 Level 1 (next to residence entrance)
  - Dubai Mall Metro Link → Main Entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy)
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

• The tickets will be sent to your registered email one day in advance.
• Please show your tickets at the ticketing counter to gain entrance.
• Tickets are only valid for the booked date and time.

Pre-Paid Booking

To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.
