• This tour starts from 8 AM to 5 PM
• This is a full-day tour with an English-speaking guide
• We provide round-trip transfer to and from your hotel in Samui Island.
• The guests are requested to wait at the hotel lobby at least 15 - 20 minutes ahead of departure time
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their own luggage.

Booking Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking within 1 minute. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and your voucher will be sent via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Automatically confirmed upon payment via our payment gateway.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings made with partial payment are non-refundable and automatically confirmed.
  • Pay Later Booking: Bookings marked “pay later” are not confirmed until you provide your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our customer service representative will confirm your pick-up time and guide details at least 12 hours before the tour (for join-in tours).
• If you don’t receive an email, please check your Spam folder or contact us at rsvn@sunleisureworld.com with your booking confirmation number.
• Please also send us your room number and local contact number, if available.

General Guidelines:

• Tours are available almost every day. In case of urgent changes or cancellations, we’ll notify you at least 12 hours in advance. Our customer service team may suggest an alternative date or offer a full refund.
• Late arrivals may be rescheduled if space is available; otherwise, the booking will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.
• The driver may be delayed by 15–45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen events.
• No need to print the voucher—simply show the mobile version or booking confirmation to the guide.
• Tour schedules may be affected by weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any tour due to bad weather or natural disasters.

    • Before 3 Day of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
    • Before 2 Day of Excursion Date:- 50% charged applied.
    • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
• 20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
