You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send your voucher via email.

• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when payment is made through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later Booking: Any booking made with the pay-later option is not confirmed until you provide your room number and hotel check-in information.

Our Customer Service Representative will confirm the pick-up time and guide details at least 12 hours before the tour date (for join-in tours). For private tours, all pick-up points are already listed in the itinerary.

Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on your voucher.
Any delay on your part may result in re-allocation to a later time if available; otherwise, the booking will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.

The driver may arrive 15–45 minutes later than the scheduled time due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

A printed voucher is not required. Simply show your mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your device to our guide.

Please note that the activity time may be affected by weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather conditions or natural disasters.

Pre-Paid Booking

A cancellation of the joined cruises by a customer (passenger) is possible under the following conditions:

• Cancellation made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure: 100% reimbursement of the paid amount.
• Cancellation made under 48 hours but not less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.
• Cancellation made under 12 hours before the scheduled departure, or failure to show up for the booked joined cruise within 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time: no refund will be provided.
