    Total Duration: 1–2 hours

    Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign displaying your name. The paging area is located at the Exit Gate in the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Checkpoint.

    Meeting Point: Phuket Airport: Domestic Arrivals – Exit 1; International Arrivals – Exit 3.

    Free drop-off is available at the following locations with no extra charge: Patong District area (within a 3 km radius), including Patong Beach, Kata Beach, and Karon Beach.

    Please note: Water transport to any island is not included. Guests will be dropped off at the nearest pier.

    Additional Note: Please look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate in the paging area.

    • Children below 100 CM in height or below 3 years would be allowed free of charge. 
    • Infant under 2 years old free of charge.
    • Child under 12 years old sharing room with adult without bed charge 50% of adult fee

    • All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:
      • Before 3 Days of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
      • Before 2 Days of Excursion Date:- 50% charge applied.
      • Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
    • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
