Phuket Airport:-
Domestic- Exit Gate at paging area (Gate 1)
International: Exit Gate at paging area (Gate 3 & 4)
Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.
Additional Note: It is best to look for your airport representative at the Exit Gate at paging area (Gate 03 & 04 for international arrival & gate no 1 for domestic arrival)

- Children below 100 CM in height or below 3 years would be allowed free of charge.
- Infant under 2 years old free of charge.
- Child under 12 years old sharing room with adult without bed charge 50% of adult fee

Cancellation Policy
Pre-Paid Booking
- All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:
- Before 3 Days of Excursion – No charge of cancellation.
- Before 2 Days of Excursion Date:- 50% charge applied.
- Before 1 Day of Excursion Date:- 100% Charged.
- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
20% Partial Payment booking
- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
