The Araksa Tea Garden is located on beautiful evergreen hills with picture-perfect scenery! This tea garden is especially known for producing high-quality Assam Tea. This is the perfect tour for those who wish to escape the hustle-bustle of the city and relax in a calm and peaceful environment. This tour is all about exploring the tea gardens and learning about the variety of processes and methods of preparing the tea leaves from scratch!

Closely watch the live demonstration of how the tea leaves are prepared traditionally and enjoy a wonderful cup of tea at the end of this process!

Itinerary

• You will be picked up at least an hour before the tour time!
• 11 am / 2 pm: Reach the Araksa Tea Garden.
• Get received by the friendly staff who will soon introduce you to different methods of cultivating tea leaves.
• Follow closely the resident pluckers' lead and get to learn how the tea leaves are plucked properly!
• At the roasting station, you will get to observe a live demonstration of the art of tea making.
• Enjoy a yummy lunch and a nice cup of tea during this lovely tour!

• The children under the age of 6 years will be free of charge.
• Children from the age of 6-12 will be charged according to the child rate.
• Children of age 13 and above will be charged according to the adult rates.

• Two tour time slots are available for guests to choose from.
• Private round-trip transfer service is provided from Chiang Mai Airport, Train Station, or Hotel to Araksa Tea Garden.
• Please note that lunch will be served either before or after the tour, depending on your selected time slot.

Remarks:

• Round-trip transfer is available from Chiang Mai Airport, Train Station, or Hotel to Araksa.
• A car can accommodate up to 3 people; for van bookings, a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people is required.
• One free entry is offered for every 15 paying guests in a group.
• Guests are advised to be ready for pick-up at least 1.5 hours before their selected tour time (11:00 AM / 2:00 PM).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the service date: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date: 50% of the contracted rate will be charged
• No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date: 100% of the contracted rate will be charged
