How to reach?

The Recreational Biking Chiang Mai is located south of the old city of Chiang Mai. The cheapest and easiest way to reach the starting point is to book a taxi and directly go to the location.

Note:

• A minimum of two people are required for this tour but if there is a confirmed tour already then the tourists can book 1 PAX without a surcharge.
• Since this tour includes a visit to the temples the tourists are requested appropriately.
• This tour includes 25 km of riding.

Itinerary

• Take your bike through the quiet roads and small lanes passing by the stunning temples and colorful local markets.
• Observe the local people going about their daily life during your ride.
• Ride through small back roads and alleyways around and through the center of the city.
• The first stop is at a silversmith who is talented in fabricating beautiful jewelry (You cannot shop here). 
• Visit the adjacent silver temple, and observe the monks making decorations of alloys.
• Continue the tour through narrow alleys and small lanes to the city center to visit Wat Chedi Luang. 
• Wat Chedi Luang: It was built in the 14th century, and it used to house Thailand's most revered Buddha statue, the Emerald Buddha. Do not forget to snap some amazing pictures of this remarkable Chedi.
• Stop for some refreshments at Chiang Mai Women's Correctional Institution, whose sole purpose is to rehabilitate and reform former inmates that have already served their sentences.
• Just a small distance away is Chiang Mai's most visited and most stunning temple- Wat Phra Sing. This beautiful temple houses an important statue of Budhha called Phra Buddha Sihing.
• Continue this tour to the outer circle of the city center, and pass by the fresh flower market, popularly called "Chian Town of Chiang Mai".
• Cross the river and stop for a second refreshment at a local market and taste some delicious exotic fruit and local snacks.
• Take your bike through a surprising route to reach the starting point.

• Children of 12 years or older are welcome to join all tours and are charged as adults.
• Children of age between 6-11 years will receive a 25% discount!
• Children from 0-5 will receive a 50% discount.
• For families with children younger than 12 years following rules are implied: 
  • A maximum of 1 child, between 0-5 per guardian.
  • Children between 0-5 years or with a maximum weight of 22 kg can join the tour on a special child safety seat on the bicycle of the guardian.
  • Older or heavier children should be able to ride a children's bicycle.
  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behaviors and well-being of their children during the excursions.

• Private transfer to the starting point is available for an extra charge. In case of a maximum of three people they can book a Car/Limo, and for a group maximum of 8 people, they can opt for a minivan.

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellation fee will be charged in case the guests cancel before 72 hours of departure.
• Canceling 48 - 24 hrs before departure will be charged 50% of the fees.
• 100% cancellation will be charged in case of No Show or cancelation under 24 hrs.
