We offer a free transfer service to all places of accommodation within a 5km radius of Chiang Mai’s old city. Transport from locations outside this area will incur a surcharge.

• Cost of 2,500 Baht for a round trip, operated both High and Low Season.
• Within a 5 KM Radius from the old city area, if outside of this area there would be an outskirt charge which you will have to inquire about before booking.
• The vehicle would be an SUV Car 7 Seated (Air-Conditioned)

For truly adventurous visitors, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary offers a unique full-day trekking package. Experience the excitement of joining our elephants as they walk through their natural habitat. Witness these majestic creatures roam through the jungle at a leisurely pace. After eating a delicious lunch in the jungle, you will proceed to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, and can enjoy the same itinerary as Half-Day Afternoon guests – A cleansing mud spa with the elephants, followed by helping bathe them in the river.

Itinerary:

• Pick up from your hotel or accommodation between 06.30 – 07.00 am
• Drive approximately 1.5 hours South of Chiang Mai through rolling hills, forest, and local farming areas.
• Arrive at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary.
• Walk through and learn about the elephants,
• Change into traditional Karen clothing and make medicine for the elephants.
• Meet the elephants.
• Feed, give medicine, interact, and play with the elephants in a natural environment as you learn about their behavior and history.
• Take photos with the elephants.
• Mud Spa with the elephants
• Walk with the elephants to a river and bathe them.
• Eat a traditional meal
• Walk with the Elephants in the Jungle for approximately 1.5 hours
• Relax and trek to visit 2 other Elephant Jungle Sanctuary camps (In total meeting 20 more elephants)
• Leave the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and drive approximately 1.5 hours to Chiang Mai.

•  You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most of the bookings are autoconfirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking:- Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically when paying us via our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment:- All booking with partial payment is nonrefundable and confirmed automatically.
  • Pay later booking:- Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check in- information.
•  Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers of tours would be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before 12 hours of the tour date. (In case of Join Tours,)
•  For All Private Tours all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.

Additional Information:

• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free provided they do not occupy an additional seat
• Children aged 3-8 would be charged 75% of the tour's rate.
• Children over 8 would be considered adult
• Our tours are available almost every day, in case of any urgency or cancellation we will inform you before 12 hours of tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest you some other day or refund you money immediately.
• This tour is available in the English language only but you can request a Private tour in many different languages Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language if you make a private tour booking.
• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise, this will be auto-canceled with a charge of 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show vouchers, just show them a mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserve the right to cancel any booking because of bad weather condition or natural disaster.

Entry Measures into Thailand (effective from 1 June 2022 onwards)

Thai nationals

• Thailand Pass not required
• Enter Thailand without quarantine nor COVID-19 test upon arrival
• Must present a certificate of vaccination or if unvaccinated / not fully vaccinated, and RT-PCR / Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
• Can enter Thailand via every border checkpoint (for land travel)

Foreign nationals

• Register on Thailand Pass
• Attach documents, as follows:
• Passport
• Certificate of vaccination or if unvaccinated / not fully vaccinated, RT-PCR / Professional ATK COVID-19 test result issued within 72 hours before departure
• Proof of Medical Treatments Coverage (minimum coverage 10,000 USD) 
• Receive Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check your documents

  • Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
