• Begin your journey with a convenient pick-up from your hotel by our tour guide
• Upon arrival at Chiang Mai Night Safari, explore the Walking Zone, where small and friendly animals welcome you up close
• Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the serene surroundings
• Board the tram to journey through the South and North Zones and marvel at nocturnal animals such as tigers, lions, zebras, and giraffes in their natural habitats under the starry night sky
• After the adventure, relax as we transfer you back to your hotel, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the magical experience

• Children under 100 cm is free.
• Children from 101-139 cm are half price.
• Children over 140 cm are charged as adults.

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is confirmed automatically once payment is made through our payment gateway system.
• Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later Booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date (for join tours).
• For all private tours, the pick-up points are already mentioned in the itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please send us your room number and local number, if available, to rsvn@sunleisrueworld.com along with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information:

• Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time. Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another date or immediately refund your money.
• This tour is available in English, but you can request a private tour in different languages such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Please specify your preferred language when booking a private tour.

• Please wait at Hotel Lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start.
• Any late from your side may be re-allocated to a later time if available, Otherwise this will be auto canceled with charge 100%.
• Driver can be late up to 15- 45 Minutes due to Traffic or any unwanted clauses.
• You do not need to show voucher, just show them mobile voucher or booking confirmation on mobile for this activity to our Guide.
• Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.
