Description
We start lucky day at meeting point Duangtawan hotel. We will take red Tuk tuk to Wat Duang dee. We will offering food & flower to the monk at here. Than we will walk to the central point at 3 king monument and Wat Inthakhin Saduemuang. Than We will walk a long street to wooden temple at Wat Pantao. Then We will visit wat Chedi luang and do monk chat before we go back.
Time start 8.00 am - 12.00 pm.
08.00 am : Meeting point at Duangtawan hotel , Floor L.
08.30 am : We will take you to frist temple in side old city area and do offering food & flower to the monks. after that we willstart to walk arond to visit anothers temple.- Wat Duang dee : Early 16th century , Duang dee mean “Good luck temple”. This temple comprises of a viharn, an ubosot, a Ho Trai scripture library, a chedi and a Burmese style.
- Wat Inthakin: The temple is the heart of the old walled town of Chiang Mai. which translates to “temple of the city navel”, a reference to the spot in the center of town where the temple was built over 700 years ago. The small, active temple comprises of a very ornate viharn, two chedis and the monks living quarter
- 3 kings monument: The Three Kings Monument stands majestically in front of the old town hall and is a place where Chiang Mai people or tourists come to worship. Three Kings Monument If we turn to the monument, we will find that the middle one is Phaya Mangrai, the right one is Phaya Ruang, and the left one is Phaya Ngam Muang. These three kings are regarded as the creators of the Lanna kingdom. and Nopburi, Si Nakhon Ping, Chiang Mai to be prosperous for more than 726 years. It is considered a monument of historical value. Which can be considered as the symbol of the city of Chiang Mai that has it all.
- Wat Pantao : The Temple that was a throne hall for King Mahotara Prateth whose symbol is the peacock. Wat Phan Tao is an ancient Temple that sits right next to the sacred Wat Chedi Luang in Chiang Mai town. It is known for its exquisite Lanna-style ordination hall (Wihan) entirely made of teakwood, which served as a throne hall during the reign of King Mahotara Prateth. It is now where the sacred Phan Tao buddha image is enshrined.
- Wat Chedi luang : The construction of the temple started in the 14th century, when King Saen Muang Ma. Pagoda was then 82 m high and had a base diameter of 54 m, at that time the largest building of all Lanna. In 1468, the Emerald Buddha was installed in the eastern niche. In 1545, the upper 30 m of the structure collapsed after an earthquake, and shortly thereafter, in 1551, the Emerald Buddha was moved to Luang Prabang. Wat Chedi Luang hosts monk chats every day - tourists are invited to speak with monks (usually novices) and ask them anything about Buddhism or Thailand.
12.00 pm : Back hotel by local Red truk or tuk tuk.

Offerring food & Flower ceremony or Tan Kan Khao is a longstanding tradition in lanna Buddhist culture and a sacred ceremony for the locals and the monks, who depend on these offerings for sustenance during the day. The ritual is conducted in temple and has become a must-do activity for tourists.
