Travel across the peaks and valleys to reach the high mountains and become immersed in Mae Hong Son's magnificence. View the spectacular scenery from the Pang Mapha viewpoint and snap photographs with a fantastic backdrop. Visit Ban Wana Luang, a small village in Mae Hong Son province located northeast of Soppong and west of Ban Pa Mon, to acknowledge diverse culture street demonstrations such as Karen hand weaving clothe with natural dye colours, traditional medicine, bamboo weaving, wood carving, and learning how to cook Karen dishes.

Operation Timing: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Itinerary:

Day 1:

• Depart from your hotel and drive along the beautiful mountain road.
• Stop at the Pang Mapha viewpoint for the beautiful view of the valley of the mountains. 
• Continue your journey to Ban Wana Luang where the trailhead starts.
• Trek for about 6 hours on the 1st day from the Ban Wana Luang. 
• During the trek, witness the existing rotational farming area and conservation forest area. 
• Pack lunch provided during your trek.
• Afternoon: Continue the trek along the creeks and take a short break where the fish conservation area is. 
• Take a little break before getting into the village. 
• Then check in to your local homestay relax or take a bath. 
• Dinner is provided at your homestay / free at leisure.

Day 2: 

• The 2nd day is your soft day to experience Karen traditional culture. 
• After your breakfast then take a village walk tour to know about the villagers and their culture.
• After lunch pack up and say goodbye to your host family. 
• Return to Mae Hong Son (about a 2-hour drive).

• Children and adults will be charged on an adult price basis.
